Hazelnut plantation

Nature’s bounty in the garden

From the windows of both cottages, the view stretches as far as the eye can see, taking in the hazelnut trees. The plantation on the farm was created out of a passion for creation and a love of healthy, high-quality products. It was established in 2012 and has been offering top-quality hazelnuts year after year ever since. Part of the harvest is also used to produce delicious hazelnut butter and cosmetic ozonated oil, which perfectly moisturises the skin.

The Autumn Harvest

The autumn harvest, which usually lasts two weeks, marks the culmination of a year’s work, preparation and meticulous care of the plantations. It is a very busy time, but one that is rewarded with delicious fresh nuts. Next, part of the harvest is processed to produce delicious nut-based products. The end of summer and the start of autumn in My Little Tuscany also marks the harvest of rose petals, lavender flowers, redcurrants, blackberries, plums and chokeberries.

The flavours of the garden from my childhood

The taste of the nuts from My Little Tuscany brings back childhood memories. You can sample both fresh and blanched nuts, the nutty flavour of which is even richer, as well as dangerously good peanut butter. Fruit from the garden is also turned into jams with a hint of lavender and rose petals. When you visit the farm, you can look forward to immersing yourself in the rich flavours of nature.
