Toskania Cottage
A stay at the Toskania cottage offers moments spent in a unique atmosphere. We guarantee a comfortable stay in the exceptional interior of a cottage built in 1911 and restored in 2011. The spacious terrace overlooking the surrounding hills offers the ultimate in relaxation, whilst the fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to be creative in the kitchen.
Common area
The common area of the cottage is located on the ground floor and comprises a spacious kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for comfortable cooking. The equipment includes a four-ring ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge, an espresso machine with a grinder, crockery, cutlery, a set of pots and pans, wine glasses, tumblers and more. The living room comprises a lounge area with a bookcase, a stereo system with speakers controlled via Bluetooth from your phone, a comfortable sofa and an armchair, and a dining area with a wooden table and benches seating 12 people (up to 18 if you have rented both cottages). There is also a shared toilet on the ground floor.
Pino Apartemnt
A spacious 16 m² bedroom with a double bed (130 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) is located on the ground floor in the charming timber-clad part of the house. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The room is furnished with a coffee table and two chests of drawers.
Lavanda Apartment
This two-bedroom apartment, with a total area of 24 square metres, is situated on the first floor in a part of the house surrounded by fragrant lavender. The first bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and a sofa bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. The second bedroom has a bed measuring 90 x 200 cm. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The space is furnished with a coffee table, an armchair and two chests of drawers.
Nocciola Apartment
This spacious two-bedroom apartment, with a total area of 32 square metres, is situated on the first floor and offers a stunning view of our hazelnut plantation from the windows. The first bedroom features a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The space is furnished with two coffee tables, armchairs and a large chest of drawers.
Terrace and Garden
The spacious terrace, with steps leading down to the garden, is undoubtedly one of the cottage’s highlights and a popular gathering spot for all guests. The terrace offers a stunning view of the hazelnut plantation, the surrounding fields and the nearby hills. The terrace itself is equipped with tables, chairs, a sofa and sun loungers. The garden features a swimming pool, which is open during the summer, a bonfire pit, a sandpit and a court for volleyball or badminton.
