Common area
The cosy and inviting communal area features a separate living room, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area and access to the terrace, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, a coffee table and a games table, a wood-burning fireplace and an armchair. Additionally, there is a bookcase and a Bluetooth speaker at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge, an espresso machine with a grinder, a blender, crockery, cutlery, a set of pots and pans, wine glasses, tumblers and more. The dining area features a table for six, chairs, a bench and an armchair.
Bedroom 1
This cosy bedroom, located on the first floor, measures 15 square metres. The room contains two beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and a sofa bed measuring 150 x 200 cm. The bedroom is equipped with bedside tables and a chest of drawers, as well as a cot. Additionally, there is a small wardrobe in the communal area on the first floor.

Terrace and garden
The terrace, which opens onto the dining area of the cottage through large glass doors, offers a beautiful blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. From this terrace, surrounded by greenery, there is a stunning view of the hazelnut plantation, the adjacent fields and the hills surrounding the farm. The terrace itself features a wooden canopy providing partial shade on hot days, a large table, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue. The garden includes a swimming pool, open during the summer, a bonfire pit, a sandpit and a court for volleyball or badminton.
